Branch Business Head

As a Sales and Relationship Manager, your primary responsibility is to generate new business to meet defined sales targets. You will be required to build and strengthen relationships with existing Wealth Customers in order to increase share of wallet and revenues. Providing exceptional customer service is crucial to achieving high customer wallet share, satisfaction, and ultimately client retention and growth. Continuous self-development is essential in this role. Your role also involves managing the portfolio effectively to mitigate risks of attrition and maintain book stability. It is imperative to have a thorough understanding of the customer base including their profile, demographics, psychographics, and assets held both within the bank and externally. In terms of sales, you are expected to achieve set targets for product mix, productivity, and cross-selling. Developing aggressive sales call plans to acquire new customers and ensuring coverage of the customer base as per the approved Relationship Matrix are key components of the role. Integration management is a critical aspect where you will be responsible for managing customer transitions with sensitivity and complying with all policies and procedures related to money laundering prevention. Prompt reporting of any suspicious transactions to the supervising officer is mandatory.
