Train and drive the team 2.Co-ordinate with all stake holders 3.Ensure quality portfolio As the UNICO Branch Business Head, you lead like Dhoni, stepping back when the team performs well and stepping in when they face challenges. You will develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and profitability. You are a leader who listens to your Relationship Managers' (RMs) difficulties and strengthens the bond between you and your team. You will ensure the branch builds a quality Home Loan (HL) portfolio. You will work in sync with partner representatives to achieve business goals. You and Branch credit manager acts as Vikram Vedha will support and challenge proposals to maximize business with zero Non-Performing Assets (NPA). You will ensure the evergreen business serving market network in your team UGA(Connectors) empanelment. You have the agility to work in market dynamics and policy changes in organization. If the loan process gets stuck, your expertise in technical, legal, and credit matters will ensure timely loan disbursal. Qualifiications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 to 7 year's experience in Home Loan sales. Good Knowledge in Home Loan sales, credit ,Legal, Technical ,Process People competencies: Good in result orientation Agile person and passion for sales. Excellent Team Player Excellent customer orientation. Technical / Functional Competencies: Experience in Ms office excel is an added advantage. Able to communicate in regional language.
