Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Business Head to lead our Emerging Enterprise Banking team in Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in assets management and business development.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expansion in the Emerging Enterprise Banking sector.
Manage and oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them.
Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing assets and driving business growth in the BFSI industry.
Strong understanding of emerging enterprise banking products and services.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
