Job Description

Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented BPO Telecaller to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in telecalling or customer service, and will be responsible for engaging with customers, resolving inquiries, and promoting our products and services.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers over the phone to provide information about products and services.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow up on customer interactions and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Meet or exceed personal and team sales targets and performance metrics.
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Skills and Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in a BPO or telecalling role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices.
