Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Bodyshop Manager to oversee the operations of our automobile body repair department. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality vehicle repairs, manage workflow, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and lead a team of technicians and estimators effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bodyshop Management: Oversee daily operations of the bodyshop, ensuring efficient workflow, timely vehicle repairs, and optimal resource allocation.
• Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication, timely delivery, and high-quality service standards.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate technicians, estimators, and support staff. Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations.
• Quality Control: Inspect repaired vehicles to ensure work meets company and industry standards.
• Cost Management: Monitor labor and material costs; manage budgets to ensure profitability.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with suppliers, parts vendors, and insurance companies.
• Documentation: Oversee job card processing, repair estimates, invoicing, and warranty claims.
• Customer Complaints: Handle escalated issues professionally and resolve disputes effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma
• 5–10 years of experience in bodyshop or workshop management in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of body repairs, paint processes, insurance procedures, and OEM standards.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in workshop management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Preferred:

• Experience working with multi-brand or luxury vehicles.
• Exposure to lean operations and continuous improvement practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
