Job Title: Bodyshop Manager

Location: Titanium Mahindra, Irba – Ormanjhi, Ranchi
Department: Service / Bodyshop
Experience: Minimum 4–6 years in Automobile Bodyshop Operations
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 (Based on experience)

Job Summary:

The Bodyshop Manager will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the Bodyshop, ensuring high-quality denting, painting, and accident repair work. The role requires leadership in maintaining productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the entire Bodyshop team including painters, denters, and estimators.
• Plan and allocate jobs efficiently to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
• Monitor repair quality, workflow, and turnaround time.
• Coordinate with insurance companies for claim approvals and survey processes.
• Maintain records of job cards, estimates, and daily progress reports.
• Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, tools, and equipment.
• Control wastage and maintain cost efficiency.
• Handle customer queries related to accident repairs and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.
• Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to improve performance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Diploma / B.Tech in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• 4–6 years of experience in Bodyshop / Accident Repair Management (preferably in an authorized car dealership).
• Good knowledge of insurance claim procedures and estimation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
• Proficient in DMS / MS Excel and reporting formats.
