Job Summary: Responsible for managing the complete operations of the automobile Bodyshop, ensuring smooth workflow, quality repairs, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily Bodyshop operations and staff (technicians, advisors, painters, denters). Plan and monitor repair jobs for timely delivery. Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to manufacturer standards. Handle insurance surveyors, claims, and approvals efficiently. Maintain productivity, parts usage, and billing targets. Ensure proper documentation, estimates, and job cards. Train and motivate Bodyshop team members. Maintain customer satisfaction and handle escalations. Requirements: Minimum 4–5 years of experience in automobile Bodyshop operations. Strong knowledge of denting, painting, and insurance claim process. Leadership and team management skills.
