Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing the complete operations of the automobile Bodyshop, ensuring smooth workflow, quality repairs, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily Bodyshop operations and staff (technicians, advisors, painters, denters).
  • Plan and monitor repair jobs for timely delivery.
  • Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to manufacturer standards.
  • Handle insurance surveyors, claims, and approvals efficiently.
  • Maintain productivity, parts usage, and billing targets.
  • Ensure proper documentation, estimates, and job cards.
  • Train and motivate Bodyshop team members.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and handle escalations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in automobile Bodyshop operations.
  • Strong knowledge of denting, painting, and insurance claim process.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Good communication and customer-handling ability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
