Designation: Bodyshop Manager
Location: Manjeri & Valancheri
Company: KVR Autocars Pvt Ltd- Maruti Suzuki Authorized Dealership
Experience Required: 5 to 8 years
Qualification: Diploma / Degree / B.Tech (Automobile/Mechanical preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily operations of the Bodyshop division.
• Oversee accident repairs, denting & painting processes to ensure quality standards.
• Coordinate with insurance companies, surveyors, and customers for claim processes.
• Monitor job cards, productivity, cycle time and turnaround time (TAT).
• Ensure timely delivery of vehicles while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain inventory of consumables, tools, and equipment.
• Train, motivate, and supervise technicians, painters, and bodyshop staff.
• Implement Maruti Suzuki guidelines, safety protocols, and 5S standards.
• Achieve business targets, revenue goals, and CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index).

Desired Skills & Competencies:

• Strong technical knowledge of body repairs and refinishing processes.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to manage workflow and deliver quality service under deadlines.
• Knowledge of DMS (Dealer Management System) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
