We are looking for an experienced Repairs & Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep and smooth functioning of our fleet operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating repair activities, preventive maintenance schedules, and ensuring vehicles and equipment are maintained at the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day repairs and preventive maintenance for the fleet.
Coordinate with workshops, vendors, and service providers.
Monitor breakdowns, ensure timely resolutions, and minimize downtime.
Maintain records of servicing, repairs, and compliance requirements
Control maintenance costs and ensure efficient use of resources.
Lead and guide the maintenance team for operational excellence.
