Job Description

Core responsibilities

Staff and workflow management: Supervise technicians, delegate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure an efficient workflow to meet production targets.
Quality control: Ensure all repair work meets high-quality standards and industry guidelines through regular checks and by verifying proper procedures are followed.
Customer service: Handle customer inquiries and complaints, manage communication, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Financial management: Manage the shop's budget, track expenses, and meet financial targets. This includes managing repair estimates and liaising with insurance companies.
Inventory and safety: Monitor and control the inventory of parts, supplies, and equipment. Implement and enforce safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.

Education:- Diploma or ITI
