Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Body Shop Manager at our location in Kangra. The Body Shop Manager will oversee all operations of the body shop, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing the team, coordinating repair and maintenance workshops, monitoring body shop processes, and driving aftersales growth. The role requires effective communication with clients and adherence to quality standards to enhance the customer experience. Qualifications Comprehensive understanding of Body Shops and experience managing workshop operations Proven expertise in driving Customer Satisfaction within an automotive service environment Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members Familiarity with Aftersales services and strategies to boost customer retention Leadership abilities and experience managing teams in a professional setting Problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and ensure smooth processes Relevant experience in the automotive industry is preferred
