About The Opportunity

Industry: Building Automation & Smart Infrastructure. Sector: Commercial and industrial HVAC controls, energy management, and building services integration. We deliver end-to-end BMS design, installation, and commissioning services for large commercial, industrial and institutional facilities across India.Role (standardized): Building Management System (BMS) Site Engineer — Hybrid role based in India supporting on-site commissioning, integration and handover of BMS projects.Role & Responsibilities

Lead on-site installation, wiring verification and panel mounting for BMS controllers, I/O modules and field devices while ensuring compliance with drawings and standards.
Configure and program BMS controllers and HMI/SCADA interfaces; integrate third-party devices using BACnet, Modbus and other protocols.
Plan and execute FAT, SAT, loop checks, sensor calibration and functional testing; diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
Develop, test and optimize control logic, sequences and setpoints; implement changes and validate performance against design intent.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation: wiring diagrams, point lists, commissioning reports and as-built drawings.
Provide client training, operations handover and post-commissioning support; coordinate with HVAC, electrical and project teams to meet project timelines.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

Proven hands-on experience with BACnet and Modbus protocol implementation.
Practical experience in BMS commissioning, FAT and SAT procedures.
Working knowledge of BMS platforms such as Tridium Niagara or Siemens Desigo.
Familiarity with HVAC control systems, sensors and actuator calibration.
Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD electrical and control drawings.
Strong troubleshooting skills for on-site hardware and software integration issues.

Preferred

Experience with Schneider EcoStruxure or Johnson Controls Metasys platforms.
Familiarity with PLC programming and IEC 61131 standards.
Prior exposure to integrating BMS with SCADA or enterprise EMS platforms.
