Job Description Role : BIM Coordinator EXP: 5+ Yrs Requirement Technical Expertise: Proficiency in BIM Software: Revit (Architecture-focused modelling) Navisworks (Clash detection, model review) Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) AutoCAD (for legacy 2D coordination) Dynamo (for automation and parametric tasks) Clash Detection & Model Coordination: Setting up clash tests Interdisciplinary coordination (architectural, structural, MEP) Managing clash reports and resolution workflows Model Development Standards: Understanding of LOD (Level of Development)from 300 to 350 Implementing and enforcing BEP (BIM Execution Plan) and Modeling Guidelines Maintaining model fidelity across design stages (Concept → DD → IFC) Data Management & Interoperability: Handling linked models and file formats (IFC, DWG, RVT) Knowledge of Common Data Environments (CDE) Managing file sharing protocols and version control Project Coordination & Management Multi-Disciplinary Coordination: Facilitating coordination meetings with other disciplines Managing federated models for clash resolution Scheduling and tracking BIM milestones Documentation & Reporting: Producing BIM deliverables (model audit reports, clash reports) Documenting modeling issues and coordination logs Generating drawing sets from BIM models as required check(event) ; career-website-detail-template-2 => apply(record.id,meta)" mousedown="lyte-button => check(event)" final-style="background-color:#6875E2;border-color:#6875E2;color:white;" final-class="lyte-button lyteBackgroundColorBtn lyteSuccess" lyte-rendered="">
