Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Coordinator located in Kerala, India. The BIM Coordinator will be responsible for managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and projects, collaborating with architecture and engineering teams, and coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services. The role involves overseeing project management tasks and ensuring that BIM standards are met across all stages of project development.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in BIM Coordination and Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Experience in Architecture and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) coordination
• Strong Project Management skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the construction or infrastructure industry is a plus
