Capstone Technologies is expanding its team and is on the lookout for experienced BIM Coordinators with expertise in MEP, Architectural, or Structural disciplines. If you're passionate about BIM and thrive in a collaborative, detail-driven environment—this opportunity is for you!

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead and manage interdisciplinary BIM coordination using Revit & Navisworks

✅ Detect and resolve clashes through effective coordination

✅ Work closely with design and engineering teams to deliver high-quality BIM deliverables

✅ Maintain BIM execution plans and ensure adherence to project standards

✅ Mentor junior modelers and ensure model accuracy and efficiency

🎓 Qualifications:

🔹 Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM coordination in MEP, Architectural, or Structural domains

🔹 Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360

🔹 Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Architecture

🔹 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

🔹 Strong understanding of multidisciplinary design processes and standards
