Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Modeler - Architect located in Madurai. The BIM Modeler - Architect is responsible for developing and updating Building Information Models (BIM) to support architectural design and construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include creating and modifying models according to project specifications, coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams including Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineers, and ensuring that construction drawings are accurate and up-to-date. The role will also involve checking models for compliance with company standards and collaborating closely with project managers and other stakeholders. Qualifications Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience as a Modeler Experience in Architectural design and construction, including creating and modifying construction drawings Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems Strong attention to detail and ability to check models for compliance with company standards Excellent collaboration and communication skills Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field is preferred Show more Show less
