BIM Coordinator

Responsibilities

· Creating and maintaining 3D models using BIM software. (Revit)

· Strong knowledge in numeration and reinforcement drawings Generating structural 2D and 3D drawings

· Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other members of the design and construction team, ensuring the models are accurate and meet project requirements.

· Using the models to identify and resolve conflicts or issues during the design phase.

· BIM to support constructability reviews, quantity take-offs, cost estimating, facility management, and operations during the building’s lifecycle.

· Ensure data integrity and consistency across different BIM models and disciplines and stay current on updates and advancements in BIM technology.

Technical Experience:

A Candidate should have 5-10 years of experience in BIM, Revit, and Navisworks- in an Architectural company

Should have a level of competency LOD 300- 500.

Candidate should have knowledge of discipline-specific BIM Modelling content.

· Should have a good understanding of Setting up linked models and coordinate models across disciplines, construction drawings and extract data based on the discipline BIM platform.

Professional Attributes: Should have good communication and analytical skills Basic qualification should be BE or B-tech (Civil/Mechanical)
