• Designation: Billing Executive

• Experience: 1 to 4 Years
• Qualification: B.COM/M.COM/MBA/PGDM in Finance.

• Location: Vastrapur, Ahmedabad.
• Timing: 9:40 am to 6:10 pm.
• Salary range: 15,000 - 25,000 per month
• Candidate who work for contractors or infrastructure firms are preferred for this role, as they have experience in preparing and managing billing for construction projects.

Role & responsibilities

• Generation of New Projects codes & enter the same into Billing software.
• Prepare and submit different types of bills, including RA Bills, interim bills, final bills, and running bills, according to project contracts and client requirements in Excel.
• Prepare, review, and process invoices, credit memos, and other billing-related documents.
• Ensure all billing processes adhere to company policies and specific contractual terms with clients like GIDC, GUDC, GWSSB, GUDM, and GGL.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of all billing activities, payments, and communications.
• Correspondence with Clients with the support of reporting officer.
• Enter Billing data into billing software, ensuring accuracy with full details
• Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and the finance department to ensure that all project progress is accurately reflected in billing cycles.
• Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve issues with clients and project teams to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Update our system with payment information and other financial data.
• Prepare reports and review billing activity for accuracy.
• Receiving and sorting incoming payments with attention to credibility.

Key Skills and Qualities :

• Basic / Advance Excel (Sum, Average, Percentage, Pivot Table, V/H lookup etc.)
• Skilled in managing email correspondence, calendars, contacts, and tasks.
• Candidates residing nearby Vastrapur location will be given preference.
• Immediate Joiners highly preferred.
