Job Description

  • Generate and issue accurate invoices/bills for goods and services provided.
  • Verify billing data, such as customer information, pricing, taxes, and discounts.
  • Maintain records of invoices, payments, and billing discrepancies.
  • Follow up with clients/customers for payments and resolve billing issues.
  • Coordinate with the sales, logistics, and finance departments to ensure smooth billing processes.
  • Prepare regular billing reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and tax regulations (e.g., GST).
  • Assist in reconciliation of accounts and support internal/external audits.
  • Handle customer queries related to billing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,121.43 - ₹30,000.00 per month
