Job Description

Customer Service:
Warmly greet and welcome all visitors to the showroom.
Answer phone calls, direct them to the appropriate personnel, and take messages.
Provide basic information about vehicles, pricing, and dealership services.
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
Ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the reception area.
Administrative Tasks:
Schedule appointments for test drives, service, or other customer needs.
Manage the showroom's calendar and appointment schedule.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assist with filing, data entry, and other clerical duties.
Prepare and manage necessary paperwork for sales and service transactions.
Sales and Marketing Support:
Follow up with leads and inquiries from potential customers.
Assist with marketing events and promotions as needed.
Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain and update customer information in the dealership's database.
