Job Description

Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction & Front Desk Management

  • Greet visitors, customers, and vendors with warmth, professionalism, and brand-appropriate courtesy
  • Provide product-related information and guide customers to appropriate team members
  • Manage walk-in customer enquiries regarding handmade leather wallets, bags, and custom orders
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically aligned reception and display area

Communication & Coordination

  • Answer, screen, and route phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries efficiently
  • Handle emails, messages, and online queries related to products, orders, and appointments
  • Coordinate with the crafting workshop for updates on custom leather orders

Sales & Customer Support Assistance

  • Assist the sales team by sharing basic product information
  • Maintain visitor/customer logs and assist customers with feedback or after-sales support
  • Help showcase products to walk-in clients when required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹24,063.77 per month
