Job description
1.Validating bills of sub contractor & Client as per work order, Knowledge & Understanding of contract condition in client & Contractor work order, Estimation & Costing from structural drawing, Budget Preparation & Cash flow statement, BBS preparation from structural drawings, Rate analysis preparation, check & 2.Validate, DPR vs billed, controlling wastage of material & Manpower, Prepare & update reconcillation statement on monthly basis.
3. * Preparation of Daily/Weekly/Monthly Construction MIS Reports, Management Presentations, Manpower histogram and tracking of Project.
* Preparation of delay analysis and recommending routes of recovery.
* Preparation of Cause & effect analysis for EOT (Extension of Time) Claims.
* Participation in coordination between different department like Design, Contracts, QA/QC, Purchasing, Estimation, Subcontractors, Suppliers and site.
* Preparation of Early warning systems like procurement schedule and information release schedule.
* Determine the Manpower, Material and equipment Resources required for project from time to time.
Qualification- B.tech Civil/ B.E Civil
Salary- 30 to 35 K Per Month
Location- Head Office Deoli Rajasthan
Experience- Road Construction mus be required
