Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering 💼 Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (2–6 years preferred) 🔑 Key Responsibilities: 📐 Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) from drawings & specifications 🏗️ Generate Running Account Bills (RAB) and final bills 📊 Conduct accurate quantity takeoffs for concrete, steel, masonry & finishing works ✅ Verify contractor bills against actual executed work & approved measurements 📑 Prepare variation orders & change order documentation with cost implications 📂 Maintain rate analysis & cost databases for construction activities 👷 Coordinate with site engineers for measurement verification & progress updates 💵 Process payment certificates and ensure timely billing submissions 📈 Prepare cost reports & budget variance analysis for project management 🔄 Handle price escalation calculations & contract rate revisions 🗂️ Maintain billing documentation & correspondence with clients/contractors ✍️ Support project teams in cost estimation & tender preparation 🎓 Required Qualifications🏗️ Experience: 2–6 years in construction billing & quantity surveying 🎓 Education: B.Tech/B.E.
