Role Description

Billing Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify RA bills, subcontractor bills, and final invoices
• Cross-check quantities based on site measurements and drawings
• Ensure billing is in line with BOQ, contract conditions, and approved changes
• Maintain proper documentation of bills, approvals, and cost-related records
• Coordinate with site engineers, clients, and accounts team for billing updates
• Support in rate analysis and material reconciliation as needed

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Applications from other domain will not be considered.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Billing Engineer.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of construction billing procedures and BOQ analysis.
• Knowledge of project scheduling, cost estimation, and contract management.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Knowledge in MS Project or Primavera is an added advantage.
