Billing Engineer

Location: Panipat, Haryana
Experience Required: Minimum 4–5 years
Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Billing Engineer to join our project team in Panipat. The candidate will be responsible for preparing, verifying, and managing civil work bills, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring accuracy in project billing in line with company and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and verification of RA bills, subcontractor bills, and client bills.
• Measurement of executed works at site and preparation of measurement sheets.
• Verification of work quantities with drawings, specifications, and BOQ.
• Coordination with site execution teams, consultants, and clients for billing-related matters.
• Maintaining proper documentation of bills, measurement records, and supporting documents.
• Preparing reconciliation statements for materials and work quantities.
• Ensuring compliance with contractual, technical, and project requirements.
• Assisting the project team with cost control and progress tracking.

Key Requirements:

• B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 4–5 years of proven experience in civil billing in construction/infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, contract conditions, and project billing procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and AutoCAD (preferred).
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with project managers, site engineers, and clients.
