As a Billing Analyst at our company, your primary responsibility will be to ensure accurate and timely billing operations while providing critical insights to enhance business decisions. By maintaining data integrity across the Vendasta platform and optimizing billing workflows, you will play a key role in supporting the company's financial processes through in-depth analysis and reporting. Your Impact: - Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to align billing with financial reporting and reconciliation efforts. - Create recurring billing dashboards and ad hoc reports using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools with embedded AI features. - Utilize AI-based pattern detection tools to identify anomalies in MRR, churn, and upgrade/downgrade flows. - Identify inefficiencies in billing workflows and propose automations or low-code solutions for improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate billing processes and data integrity. - Participate in special projects such as system upgrades, billing enhancements, and new feature implementations. What you bring to the table: - Strong analytical skills to interpret complex billing data and provide meaningful insights. - Comfort using spreadsheets, finance systems, and introductory AI tools. - Experience with process documentation and improvement. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. - Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - A Bachelor's degree in Accounts, Commerce, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
