Position Summary
This position is responsible for preparing and processing various types of invoices, issuing credits, and managing both electronic and manual billing activities. The role includes handling customer-specific billing requirements, such as mailing and emailing invoices, and ensuring accuracy in all financial documentation. Additional duties may be performed as needed to support overall billing operations.
Responsibilities will include:
- Process customer invoices accurately and on time
- Create Demurrage Invoices
- Create Sales Services Invoices
- Issue Credits for returns, sales adjustments, rebates and miscellaneous issues/miscellaneous receipts
- Electronic Billing (EDI) 3M
- Mail Invoices to customers
- Email Invoices to specific customers
- Create Pro-forma Invoices
- Perform Other duties as assigned
Required Experience & Knowledge
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Supply Chain or Logistics Management.
Functional/Technical Competencies & Skillsets
- Good understanding of Supply chain, order management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Sage or SAP or Syspro)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize requests
