Description
You will be responsible for managing and preparing invoicing for existing strategic clients, as well as setting up new customers in the billing systems based on the specifics of the contract to ensure accurate invoicing. Your role will involve creating customer invoices and billing schedules, reviewing and interpreting contracts to create invoice worksheets, reviewing internal input sources for billing, and identifying process gaps to suggest improvements. Additionally, you will need to identify and explain monthly variances in billing, communicate with internal resources for variance explanations, and possess excellent presentation skills to analyze and report insights. You will also be required to enable tracking and address invoice leakages identified in revenue audits, and should have the ability to read contracts.
