Job Summary

BigTapp is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager / Tech Lead Digital with 8- 12 years of IT experience to lead enterprise-scale digital initiatives.The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of projects across Java, React, Mobile Application Development, and Agile Project Management.This role demands expertise in modern application architecture, stakeholder engagement, and technical leadership, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals.

Mandatory Skills

• Proven experience in Project Management and Technical Leadership.
• Strong expertise in Java and React-based application development.
• Hands-on knowledge of Mobile Application Development (iOS & Android).
• Strong knowledge of Agile Project Management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional technical teams.
• Excellent stakeholder and client communication skills.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of web and mobile application projects.
• Collaborate with engineering teams working on Java, React, and mobile applications.
• Drive Agile practices sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives.
• Ensure alignment with business objectives and delivery of project milestones.
• Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to developers.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and quality :
• Ba Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certification Skills :
• Proficiency in Java, React, REST API-based applications.
• Strong knowledge of Mobile App Development frameworks (Android/iOS).
• Proficiency with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Work Experience
