Senior Bid Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end bid lifecycle including strategy, planning, and execution for high-value deals (> $10Mn).
  • Work extensively on RFP and non-RFP-based proposals and orals for

    Cisco solutions

    (SDWAN, UCaaS, CCaaS),

    Security Operations

    , and related services.
  • Develop and manage

    competitive pricing models

    , conduct

    SWOT analysis

    , and drive

    win themes

    and

    differentiators

    .
  • Interact directly with North American clients; lead bid defense and orals presentations confidently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, presales, delivery, finance, legal, etc.) to gather inputs and align on bid strategy.
  • Track industry trends, competitive landscape, and leverage AI tools and technologies in bid response strategy.
  • Use bid management tools and frameworks effectively to deliver quality responses under tight timelines.
  • Maintain high standards of proposal quality, consistency, and compliance.

Key Requirements:

  • 510 years of relevant experience in end-to-end bid management, focused on

    North American markets

    .
  • Proven success in managing

    >$10Mn

    size deals.
  • Strong knowledge of

    Cisco technologies

    : SDWAN, UCaaS, CCaaS, Security Ops.
  • Hands-on experience in both

    Managed Services

    and

    Professional Services
