At ConnX , we're looking for a Director – Unified Communications Operations, Observability & Automation to lead our UC operations and automation transformation. You’ll manage mission-critical UC infrastructure, oversee advanced observability strategies, and drive innovation in operational automation. Key Focus Areas: Daily operations and optimization of UC systems (VoIP, messaging, video, Cisco WebEx) SBC management and performance tuning Cisco WebEx Calling & Contact Center deployment Leading automation strategies using tools like PowerShell & Python Implementing observability frameworks (Splunk, Datadog, ELK Stack) Building a high-performing UC operations team Ensuring compliance, security, and DR readiness Driving complex UC projects from concept to completion Preferred Qualifications: 12+ years of UC experience with 5+ in leadership roles Expertise in hybrid UC environments Certifications like CCNP Collaboration, CCNA DevNet, ITIL, or PMP Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills Why ConnX?
