The Bid Coordinator supports transactional opportunities of limited complexity in response to a high volume of formal tender and proactive bid requests. This role involves working independently and in collaboration with internal teams to produce bid drafts and full submissions, utilising standard templates and content that articulate the value and benefits of Iron Mountain solutions.
Bid Coordinators focus on reviewing support requests, analysing tenders and developing bid responses that align with client requirements and specifications. The role utilises pre-written content and bid templates to quickly create responses, which requires gaining fluency in the use of Iron Mountain’s global content management platform and adopting AI technology to support document creation.
The Bid Coordinator reports to the Manager, APAC Bid Management and is an integral part of the Commercial Excellence team. This role will be primarily a home working role but must be based in or near Mumbai as in-office meetings will be required occasionally.
