Bid Coordinator

Shinde Chavan Gandhi and Company, a prestigious CA firm, is seeking a Bid Coordinator to join our team in either Pune or Mumbai. As a Bid Coordinator at Shinde Chavan Gandhi and Company, you will play a crucial role in managing bid preparation, bid writing, bid processes, proposal writing, and tender submissions. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with various teams to gather information and ensuring the accurate and timely completion of bid documentation. We prefer candidates with experience as a procurement expert or procurement analyst, along with excellent English communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling all bid process management related tasks effectively. Qualifications required for this role include an MBA in Finance or Operations, expertise in Bid Preparation, Bid Writing, and managing Bid Processes, as well as proficiency in Proposal Writing and Tender Submissions. Additionally, strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse teams are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, and prior experience in a similar role is advantageous. The ideal candidate should possess 3 to 5 years of relevant experience and be prepared for immediate joining. This full-time, on-site position offers a salary ranging from 3 LPA to 4 LPA. As the role may require travel, flexibility and willingness to work in either Pune or Mumbai are essential.
