Responsibilities

1. Develop and manage client-centric content for bids, proposals, and presentations to ensure alignment with client requirements.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including bid managers, subject matter experts, and designers to produce impactful content.
3. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and visually engaging materials.
4. Employ UI/UX principles to design user-friendly and aesthetically appealing content layouts.
5. Infuse creativity into bid submissions by developing compelling graphics, illustrations, and infographics that enhance storytelling.
6. Maintain and update the bid content repository for easy accessibility and reusability.
7. Work across multiple tools like Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office Suite, and other design tools to create high-quality submissions.
8. Stay updated on industry trends to ensure innovative and contemporary content solutions.

Requirements

1. 4+ years of experience creating content within the insurance, fintech, or related industry.
2. Proven expertise in content writing, UI/UX, and graphic design for bids or RFPs.
3. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
4. A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create visually compelling and client-engaging content.
5. Exceptional communication, visualization, and storytelling skills.
6. Familiarity with bid management principles and tools is a plus.
7. A strong understanding of content strategies tailored to the fintech and insurance domains.
8. Strong project management skills; able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
