We recently launched Dashreels, a vertical short-form video app that combines the creative storytelling magic of Pixar with the engaging vertical video format of Reels

What will you do?Narrative AnalysisEvaluate a variety of narratives across genres to identify stories with rich plots, dynamic characters, and vibrant settings that are ideal for short-form video adaptations

Market ResearchStay informed about the latest trends in digital video and entertainment, identifying emerging narratives with high potential for successful adaptation

Rights Acquisition & PartnershipsNegotiate rights and forge partnerships with creators, and producers to secure content for our short-form video series

Preferred Qualifications:
Deep passion for storytelling and pop culture across a broad range of genresExcellent negotiation and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with creators, agents, producers, and industry professionals

Strong writing and promotional skills, capable of crafting compelling scripts and identifying the key elements that will hook audiences
