Content Researcher

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Reading & Research

• Read, analyze, and understand old Hindi books, manuscripts, and spiritual texts.
• Identify key ideas, stories, and lessons relevant for modern-day readers.
• Conduct additional research to ensure authenticity and context accuracy.

2. Content Writing & Adaptation

• Rewrite traditional concepts into simplified, reader-friendly Hindi content.
• Create blogs, articles, book summaries.
• Maintain the essence and tone of original texts while improving readability.
• Collaborate with the content team to plan new topics based on existing materials.

3. Editing & Proofreading

• Edit and proofread Hindi content for grammar, tone, structure, and flow.
• Ensure linguistic accuracy and consistency in style and formatting.
• Cross-check facts and references for authenticity.

4. Coordination & Contribution

• Work closely with authors, translators, and designers to finalize content layout.
• Support the publishing team in preparing manuscripts for printing or digital release.
• Suggest ideas for improving engagement and reach through creative presentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in

  Mass Communication, Hindi Literature, Journalism, or related field.

• 3–6 years of professional experience

  in content writing, editing, or publishing (Hindi language).
• Strong command of

  written and spoken Hindi

  ;

  good understanding of Sanskrit or English texts is a plus

  .
• Ability to understand old Hindi scripts and interpret context correctly.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Google Docs, and editorial formatting tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with spiritual, cultural, or educational content.
• Creative writing ability to simplify complex traditional ideas.
• Experience in book publishing, copy editing, or digital content creation.
