Roles & Responsibilities:
Should have working experience Sales and operations
Should have hands on experience in working in banks or managing banking sales and operations.
Understanding of financial concepts, Banking products and industry
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (written and oral)
Should have working experience in account opening and all customer instruction Stop payments, FD Closure etc.
Handling branch HNW Customers, continuous visits and meeting to maximize and increase business
Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes within the BFSI sector.
Continuously enhance training programs to align with evolving industry
requirements.
Should be good in content creation and assessments Skills Required
Excellent Communication skills and Listening skills
Flexible with respect to timings
Need to possess good class room deliverable skills Qualification & Experience:
Any Graduation
