Technical Training Consultant We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Training Consultant to join our team for a 3-month engagement. This is a critical, on-site role based in our Chennai office where you will be responsible for empowering our students with advanced skills in modern web and mobile development stacks. Key Responsibilities As a Consultant Trainer, you will focus on:Curriculum Delivery: Conducting dynamic, hands-on training sessions focused on: Full Stack Development principles. Mobile Application Development concepts and frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter, or native platforms). Deep dives into Node.js and its popular frameworks (Express, NestJS). Designing, implementing, and securing RESTful APIs. Material Development: Creating, updating, and refining high-quality technical training materials, labs, and assessment modules. Process Improvement: Collaborating with the internal team to enhance overall training effectiveness and adoption of best ractices. Mentorship: Providing guidance and mentorship to participants, troubleshooting code issues, and facilitating practical projects. Requirements: Expertise (Mandatory): Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in a combination of: Full Stack Development Extensive experience with Node.js and developing robust REST APIs. Experience with Mobile Application Development (preferred). Training Experience: Proven experience in a Technical Training or teaching role. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics clearly and engagingly. Contract Ready: Ability to commit to a 3-month, on-site consulting engagement. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the EdTech or corporate training sector. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.
