Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle training for
6 retail dark stores
(each within
5 km
distance).
Conduct induction and on-the-job training.
Deliver process, safety, and behavioral training.
Prepare/update training materials and SOPs.
Assess trainee performance and share reports.
Coordinate training schedules with HR & Operations.

Requirements:

Flexible to travel
across all assigned dark stores.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good understanding of store/warehouse operations.
Basic MS Office knowledge.
Graduate with 13 years experience in Training or Retail/FMCG Operations.
