Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat for an Executive Trainer. The Executive Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, evaluating training needs, and developing training materials. The role involves conducting workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions to improve employee performance and knowledge. The Executive Trainer will also collaborate with management to ensure training alignment with company goals and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and delivering training programs and workshops
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to evaluate training needs and develop appropriate training materials
• Proficiency in using training software and tools
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to collaborate with various teams and management
• Experience in the retail or jewelry industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
