? Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Experience in handling entire Bench Sales cycle.
  • Expertise in marketing bench candidates (H1B, GC, EAD, OPT, STEM OPT) to prime vendors and direct clients.
  • Building strong relationships with vendors for consistent job requirements.
  • Regular follow-up with consultants and vendors regarding interview schedules and feedback.
  • Knowledge of tax terms like W2, C2C, 1099.
  • Maintain and update candidate database regularly.
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
