Role & Responsibilities

· Must have a good understanding of US staffing business, Bench sales and recruitment process.

· Must be self-motivated and disciplined to work with limited supervision.

· Must be a Pro to build network relations with new vendors using social networking sites such as LinkedIn.

· Look up for the right requirements that match our consultant profiles on various job portals, submitting the consultants, and following up for interview schedules.

· Must have good experience in cold calling, price negotiation and need to have good convincing and closing skills.

· Ability to build relationships with Prime Vendor & Recruiters on a daily basis.

· Focus on Quality Submissions on a daily basis.

· Attend Team Meetings on a daily basis to go over the accomplishments.

· Be accountable for the work assigned on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

· Understand Organizations Objectives & Goals; And measure the Targets using KPIs.

· Should have Fundamental Understanding of Information Technology Concepts.

· Organize a Daily Schedule based on the tasks assigned.

· Ability to Answer questions for the clients and team members as needed.

CAPABILITIES/KEY COMPETENCIES:

• Have At least 3+ Years Experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter.

• Good Communication Skills

• Leadership Capabilities

• Wear multiple hats as needed.

• Build Healthy relationships with Cross Functional Teams and Individuals in their team.
