Role Summary

SAP Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Handle

  end-to-end recruitment

  for SAP requirements (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement).
• Source candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, LinkedIn), networking, referrals, and internal databases.
• Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, project experience, and suitability for client needs.
• Negotiate

  salary/rate, relocation, and availability

  with consultants.
• Coordinate interview schedules, track submissions, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery Managers for understanding client requirements.
• Maintain recruitment reports, candidate pipelines, and submission trackers.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and internal recruitment processes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum

  3+ years of experience

  as a Recruiter in

  US IT Staffing

  .
• Strong expertise in

  SAP recruiting

  across modules (Functional, Technical, Basis, HANA, etc.).
• Solid understanding of US work authorizations (H1B, Green Card, US Citizen, OPT, CPT, EAD, etc.).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in

  US time zones (Night Shifts)

  .
• Proven track record of closures in SAP roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ATS/CRM systems (CEIPAL, Bullhorn, etc.).
