Job Description: Are you experienced in marketing OPT/CPT candidates and passionate about building strong client and vendor networks We want you on our team! You will be working as a Bench Sales Recruiter (Onsite) located in Islampet, Vijayawada, during the night shift (EST/CST) on a full-time basis. Your responsibilities will include marketing OPT/CPT consultants to tier-1 vendors and direct clients, developing and maintaining strong vendor relationships, submitting resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up regularly. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain accurate records of submissions, interviews, and placements, as well as coordinate with internal teams to track consultant performance and redeployment.,
