Expertise in marketing bench candidates (H1B, GC, EAD, OPT, STEM OPT) to prime vendors and direct clients. Building strong relationships with vendors for consistent job requirements. Regular follow-up with consultants and vendors regarding interview schedules and feedback. Knowledge of tax terms like W2, C2C, 1099. Maintain and update candidate database regularly.
