Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and attracting candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new employees. Additional responsibilities include developing job descriptions, posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Experience Required: 2–4 Years Mode of work : On site Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bench Sales Recruiter with 2–4 years of proven expertise in US IT staffing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing our bench consultants, establishing strong vendor/client relationships, and ensuring successful placements. Key Responsibilities: Market and place bench consultants with direct clients, Tier-1 vendors, and implementation partners. Maintain a strong database of vendors, clients, and consultants for ongoing opportunities. Negotiate rates, contract terms, and close deals effectively. Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients and consultants. Track daily submissions, interview schedules, and consultant status updates. Stay updated on current market trends to maximize placement opportunities. Requirements: 2–4 years of hands-on Bench Sales Recruiting experience in the US IT staffing industry. Strong knowledge of visa classifications (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizen). Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills. Proven ability to achieve targets and handle multiple requirements simultaneously. Self-motivated and result-oriented with a proactive approach.
