Job Title: OPT Recruiter (US IT Staffing) - Night Shift

We are seeking an experienced OPT Recruiter for US IT Staffing to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing and recruiting talented OPT (Optional Practical Training) candidates for various IT positions in the United States. This is a night shift position, where you will be working according to US time zones.

Required Skills

• Proven experience 6 month- 5 year in OPT recruitment for US IT Staffing.
• Understanding of US immigration processes, including OPT, CPT, H1B, and other work visas.
• Experience using job portals like LinkedIn, indeed, Monster, and Dice for sourcing candidates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources, Staffing, or related field.
