Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Bench Sales Recruiter. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruitment, including sales recruitment, hiring processes, and account management. Daily tasks will involve communicating with clients and candidates, sourcing and placing candidates, negotiating terms, and maintaining ongoing client relationships to ensure successful placements.

Qualifications

Experience in Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting
Proficiency in Hiring processes and Account Management
Strong Communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and remotely
Prior experience in a recruiting or staffing role is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is beneficial
