Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bench Sales Recruiter located in Ahmedabad. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top IT talent, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring a smooth placement process. Key tasks include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating job offers. The recruiter will also maintain relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring effective communication throughout the hiring process. Qualifications Expertise in Sales Recruitment and Account Management Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring Strong Communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple accounts and candidates simultaneously Experience in the IT staffing industry is a plus Bachelor's degree
